Anti-Compaction System Elastic Layers can be matched with various surfaces and in-filled with a variety of performance and stabilizing materials delivering the precise desired performance characteristics.
Poligras Premier RS
Poligras Premier RS is STI’s premier surface designed for Rugby applications. Poligras Premier RS is constructed using CoolPlus and Re-spring technology is soft yet incredibly durable and is a favourite of elite level players due to its very low skin friction qualities.
Poligras Premier RS is constructed on an Anti-Compaction System (ACS) Elastic layer shockpad. This delivers unsurpassed player comfort and system durability while maintaining the highest surface performance characteristics year after year. STI’s ACS Elastic layer shockpad ensures Poligras Premier RS will perform at elite level over many years.
Poligras Premier RS meets the IRB Rule 22 and notably exceeds the Head Injury Criteria (HIC) as per England Rugby Football Union.
- 270 Micron, Re-Spring Monofilament CoolPlus 65mm pile height proprietory sports fibre
- Non-directional thatch fibre for pile support
- Hybrid Emulsion secondary backing for completed dimensional stability and increased tuft lock strength
- Kiln-dried silica sand and recycled SBR rubber or coated and coloured SBR rubber granules composite infill system designed to provide underfoot cushion and consistant field performance characteristics
- Qualipur 2650 polyurethane seam adhesive compatible with Hybrid Emulsion secondary backing
- 20mm thick in-situ poured Elastic layer shockpad providing long term shock absorption and ensuring compliance with sporting authority certification requirements

Poligras MFL 65
Poligras MFL 65 system uses the proven 200 Micron yarn technology and is designed for the community non-elite level club. Poligras MFL 65 system can be constructed on a non-elastic layer base with an increased infill rate providing excellent ball roll function and player comfort. Poligras MFL 65 is an economic option for community club applications and associations with limited funds that require a quality durable rugby system.
